World Agriculture BankFUND 1 · 150 MILLION USDT
USD2 is being developed around businesses that need capital to build an institution or complete a trade. USDT is the funding medium. The commercial activity determines how that capital is put to work.
Under discussion with Turing as the prospective limited partner.
THE INVESTMENT MANDATE
Equity capital for financial infrastructure that supports agricultural trade. The initial plan is an interest in World Agriculture Bank, with USD2 funding the bank’s initial cash capital.
World Agriculture BankWorking capital tied to a specific commercial cycle: an order, eligible supplier costs, shipment and buyer payment. The initial focus is QAF’s China–Saudi electric-vehicle programme.
China–Saudi trade financeCapital availability for approved commitments, conversion into the currency a transaction requires, and the collection of repayments. Liquidity is managed around the timing of investments and trade, rather than treated as a separate speculative strategy.

THE COMMERCIAL CONNECTION
An agricultural institution can develop relationships that last across many seasons. Trade finance meets a shorter need: carrying the cost of an identifiable order until collection.
The fund brings those investment horizons into one mandate, while each investment retains its own underwriting, accounts and governance.
INVESTMENT DISCIPLINE
A bank investment is assessed through ownership rights, the path to licensing, management and the institution’s capital needs. A trade facility is assessed through its counterparties, payment obligations, security and the route by which cash returns.
Alexander Frederiksen and Per Troen bring operating and governance experience to the general partner role. The capital partnership is under discussion with Turing. The fund structure and project investments remain under development.
Investment approvals and payment authority are designed to be separate, with custody, reconciliation and reporting around each use of capital.
CAPITAL TO EXECUTION
Origination connects USD2 to a commercial opportunity. Underwriting and documentation establish the rights, obligations and conditions for capital. The operating process then follows each payment and collection.
Identify the institution or transaction, legal parties and capital requirement.
Assess the commercial evidence, cash flow, rights, protection and regulatory conditions.
Release capital against approval conditions, monitor progress and reconcile exposure.
Track receipts, liquidity, exceptions and the actual position for the capital partner.
THE OPERATING THESIS
USD2 and WAB are being designed around centralized AI intelligence: an internal operating system with proprietary models that coordinates evidence, analysis and daily workflows.
People bring relationships, data and judgment. The intelligence layer connects their work across finance, customer service and trade, within each institution’s authority.

Proprietary models, institutional knowledge and a shared workflow engine.
