People provide the context; intelligence coordinates the work
The GP working model places centralized AI intelligence at the heart of USD2’s internal operation. The team contributes relationships, verified data, prompts, commercial judgment and policy direction, while proprietary models coordinate analysis and repeatable workflows.
Technical and domain specialists develop and evaluate the models. Responsible people govern commitments and material decisions. The platform serves USD2 and WAB internally, with separate institutional authority and records.
Two general partners, a shared investment view
Alexander Frederiksen and Per Troen are the USD2 general partner team. Their supplied biographies combine technology and manufacturing experience with private equity, corporate law and cross-border governance. That combination connects the fund’s commercial ambition to its execution.
The work spans the development of an institution and the financing of real trade. Both require the operating details, counterparties, structure and capital needs to be understood together. The full biographies appear on the leadership page.
An operating and technology perspective
Alexander’s career includes the founding, scaling and exit of international ventures across internet infrastructure, mobile software and power electronics. His supplied profile also describes electric-propulsion investment and agricultural-finance advisory work.
Those experiences relate to digital product development, manufacturing, supplier relationships and the movement from an initial commercial concept to an international operating system. They inform the work without establishing an appointment to any unformed bank executive role.
A capital and governance perspective
Per’s supplied profile describes a 35-year career across private equity, real estate and corporate law. It includes leadership of a London-based investment and property group, the establishment of a regulated Swiss family office, and cross-border law and board roles.
Those experiences connect capital formation, legal structure and governance with international commercial relationships. The fund’s formation will define the legal GP entity, governance documents and service-provider appointments.

The capital relationship
Turing is in discussions as the limited partner for Fund 1’s 150 million USDT target. The GP team’s responsibility is to turn the operating opportunities into an investable, documented and accountable platform.
The current brief does not establish fund fees, returns or term. Those economics will be set in the partnership’s definitive documents. The shareholder room sets out the current investment and operating plan.
