ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO
This fictional workflow illustrates the difference between identity, delegated authority and transaction approval. It does not authenticate a person, verify documents, create a legal signature or authorize a bank payment. No information is submitted.
What the model shows
A person can be known and still lack permission to make a payment. The model shows each authority condition separately, so an expired permission or missing second approval stays visible.
All eight checks must pass: person and entity evidence, an active and unexpired/unrevoked permission, a permitted action, an amount within the limit, and enough approvals. Changing a condition changes the result.
Read the assumptions
This is a fictional learning model. It performs no identity checks, validates no documents, creates no signature and authorizes no real payment. Legal mandates and bank controls require their own implementation.
